We welcome you to the web site of
the Ecumenical Society of the Blessed Virgin Mary - United States. This site was established in the summer of 2003 and continus
to improve and grow. We hope you will contact us with questions and comments.
Our purpose as a society is to bring
the faith of many traditions to the table of listening and sharing. The gifts and insights, talents and hopes of our
members and participants are welcomed heartily. As a society, we are challenged by the ecumenical vision -- an experience
by many that Mary, the mother of Christ, is leading us to her Son, bringing us together, and sealing us with the love and
direction of the Holy Spirit. God, the Father of all, has sent us His Holy Son through the cooperation of his holy mother.
